WHEN WILL BE MY ORDER PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-24 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Your order may take additional days during peak periods. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive to assist you in any way we can.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible within the timeframe for process your order . If your order is already been processed/shipped and has he tracking number assigned to the package it is not possible to cancel the order.

In the event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen, Route will either send a new order out to you or reimburse you for the totality of what you’ve paid (minus the fee you’ve paid for Route).

Route, on the other hand, offers a one-click claim form solution that takes under 5-10 minutes to complete, and once a claim is submitted and verified, Route will send a new package or reimburse the customer within 24 hours.
