Chefs Lifestyle offers 30-day returns. If your order meets the criteria below, you are eligible for a return.
- The returns request form must be sent to Chefs Lifestyle within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods need to be complete, unused and undamaged and in the original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed Chefs Lifestyle, the cost of shipping of the return is to be paid for by the customer.
Returns Authorisation Number
If your order meets the criteria for a return, please email our Customer Care team on support@chefslifestyle.com to initiate the return process and to provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number.
Returns will not be processed without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.
Upon reception of a return, the goods will be inspected to be complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the requirements are met a refund payment will processed.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange ordered products, you will have to make a return and place a new order.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or otherwise defective goods, please notify our Customer Care team immediately on support@chefslifestyle.com so that we are able to assist you in the best possibly way.
